Growth Engineer 是一个介于 engineering、product 和 growth 之间的岗位。你不是等待增长团队给需求再写页面，而是直接 owner 一个问题：怎么让更多对的人发现 Astorie、更快体验到价值、留下来，并最终付费。
你需要自己分析数据、形成 hypothesis、设计实验、写代码、上线，再根据结果继续迭代。我们希望你能完整走完 Find problem → form hypothesis → build → ship → measure → iterate。
